0 0 0 ASTORIA, Ore. – Police are looking for a Washington man accused of kidnapping a 15-year-old from California.
The teenage girl, reported missing from Sanger, California, called police from a McDonald’s in Astoria saying she’d been kidnapped. She’s with police and waiting for her parents, officials said.
The man suspected of abducting her is 48-year-old Russell Wayne Deviney of Everett, Wash., police officials said.
Deviney walked away from the McDonald’s around 7 p.m .Monday. He was last seen wearing a white shirt, blue jeans, a black sweater and an orange baseball cap.
Officials found the 2004 Nissan pickup truck that Deviney had been driving.
